ABOUT LEO
Leo is an anglo-brazilian writer-director who loves telling stories with both pen and camera. He loves horror and comedy, always striving to blend the two into creepy, surreal stories.
As a freelancer shooting commercials, Leo has secured clients such as Kraft-Heinz and Sky. His debut feature script, Coyote, was shortlisted for the BFI’s Early Development Fund. He recently directed a comedy short film called ‘The Farm’ in Brazil, which is beginning its festival run. Leo also shot Shir Ariya’s short film ‘I’m Interesting I Swear’, where he helped create a heightened, absurd world for her darkly comedic story.
Leo loves shooting music videos, relishing in the opportunity for bold visual experimentation. His most recent video for Kanako Yamamoto (co-directed with Victor Nauwynck) has reached 45,000 views on Youtube.
